The terms that govern use of Cvalto.

Cvalto provides AI-assisted CV analysis, ATS compatibility scoring, content rewriting, cover letter generation, and LinkedIn summary generation, built for job seekers applying in Pakistan and the Gulf.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Cvalto offers a Free plan and paid credit packs. Each pack is a one-time purchase at the price shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, and it adds a set number of CV analyses and generations to your account. Packs do not automatically renew and there is no subscription; your credits never expire, so they stay in your account until you use them. When your credits run out, your account moves to a limited state until you buy another pack. We may change pricing for future purchases; any change will never affect credits you have already bought.

Because packs are one-time purchases, there is no recurring subscription to cancel, and nothing expires by time; your credits remain in your account until you use them. For full details on billing errors and refunds, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• Do not upload unlawful, fraudulent content, or content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
• Do not use the Service to fabricate false credentials or misrepresent your qualifications to employers.

Cvalto uses artificial intelligence to analyze your CV and generate content such as rewritten bullet points, cover letters, and LinkedIn summaries. AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before using it in a job application. Cvalto does not guarantee interview calls, job offers, or any specific ATS outcome.

You retain full ownership of the CV content, job description text, and personal information you upload. The Cvalto name, logo, design, and underlying platform code are the property of Cvalto's operator and may not be copied, redistributed, or reused without permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cvalto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost job opportunities or income, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
