Yes. The Free plan lets you try real analyses and a CV generation before deciding whether a paid plan is worth it for you, no card required to start.

PDF and Word (.docx) files, up to 10MB. For best results, upload a normal text-based CV exported from Word, Google Docs, or a CV builder.

That almost always means the file is a scanned or photo-based PDF (for example a picture of a printed CV, or a CNIC scan saved as a PDF). Those contain an image, not selectable text, so there's nothing for Cvalto to analyze. Re-upload a text-based PDF or Word file exported from your CV editor and it will work.

Cvalto extracts the text to run your analysis and saves your history so you can revisit it from your Dashboard. Your CV is never used to train any AI model and is never sold. You can delete any analysis or generated CV from your Dashboard at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

A general scan reviews your CV against industry best practices for the role it infers you are in, useful when you are polishing your CV in general. A job match compares your CV directly against a specific job description you paste in, and gives you a match score plus a gap report for that exact posting.

It is an overall measure of how well your CV is likely to pass automated screening and read well to a recruiter, based on keyword coverage, structure, formatting, and how clearly your achievements are framed. In a job match, it reflects how closely your CV fits that specific role. The score is meant to be honest and defensible, a strong CV lands in a strong band, a weak fit lands low.

Matched keywords are the important skills and terms from the target role that your CV already contains. Missing keywords are real gaps, terms the role expects that your CV does not yet mention. They are meant to be genuinely relevant, not noise, so you know exactly what to add if you truly have that experience.

On a general scan you can optionally describe your experience in your own words. Cvalto compares that against your CV and flags anything you mentioned that your CV does not yet reflect, a good way to surface strengths you forgot to write down.

No, that is Cvalto being honest. If the match is weak it says so clearly rather than inflating the score. If you still choose to generate a CV for that role, it only highlights transferable skills you genuinely have, it never invents experience or qualifications you do not hold.

No. Every generation is grounded strictly in what you provide, your uploaded CV, your own description, or the source analysis. Employers, dates, degrees, credentials, and metrics are never fabricated. It improves how your real experience is written, it does not make experience up.

Yes. Every generated CV can be previewed and downloaded in three professional templates, Clean ATS, Executive Bold, and Vibrant Sidebar, so you can pick the look that suits the role.

Yes. Cvalto has three free CV templates in Word: one for jobs in Pakistan, one for fresh graduates, and one for Gulf jobs with a photo. You can download them with no sign-up from the Free CV templates page (cvalto.com/cv-templates). When your CV is ready, upload it to Cvalto for a free ATS check.

Yes. When you generate a CV you can optionally add a professional photo, which is expected in many Gulf and local markets. It is entirely optional, and you can generate without one for markets where photos are discouraged.

Both. You can generate a CV formatted for Pakistan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, or Qatar, each following that market's conventions, including nationality, visa status, and photo expectations where relevant, which matters a lot for Pakistani professionals applying to the Gulf.

Yes. Cvalto generates CVs natively in right-to-left Arabic, properly laid out for the market, not a translated overlay of an English layout. Arabic generation is rolling out, so if you don't see it enabled for your account yet it will be available shortly.

The Free plan gives you 1 analysis and 1 CV generation to try the product. These are a one-time allowance, not a monthly reset, so once you have used them you buy a pack to continue. On your free analysis you see your full diagnosis, scores, matched and missing keywords, formatting checks, and improvement tips.

Any paid pack unlocks the ready-to-use deliverables and more credits: downloadable analysis-report and CV PDFs, the complete set of rewritten bullet points, the full LinkedIn About rewrite, cover letter generation, all three professional templates, and full history access. Every pack unlocks the same features; the packs differ only in how many analyses and generations you get. See the Pricing page for the current pack sizes.

The free plan shows you the full diagnosis and a genuine preview, the first couple of rewritten bullets and the opening of your LinkedIn About, so you can judge the quality. The remaining rewrites and the full LinkedIn text, plus the report PDF download and cover letter, are paid features. Nothing is hidden about your scores or gaps, only the finished, ready-to-paste deliverables are reserved for paid packs.

Your Dashboard keeps a full history of every analysis and every generated CV, along with your score trend over time and your billing history.

You can pay by card or by Easypaisa. Card payments, including Google Pay, run on Safepay's own secure checkout, and Cvalto never sees or stores your card details. For Easypaisa, send the exact pack amount to the Cvalto number shown on the payment page (from Easypaisa or any other wallet or bank account), then enter your Transaction ID. We check every transfer by hand, and your pack activates within 1 hour of a confirmed transfer.

No. Cvalto does not auto-renew. Every pack is a one-time charge, and your credits never expire. Nothing is ever charged again unless you choose to buy another pack, so there is no subscription to cancel and no surprise billing.

Nothing expires by time. When you have used the analyses and generations in your pack, you simply buy another pack whenever you are ready, and the new credits are added to your account right after payment. Your history always stays intact.

Prices are shown and charged in Pakistani Rupees, with an approximate US dollar figure alongside for reference. After a successful payment you receive an email receipt, and every payment also appears in the Billing section of your Dashboard, where you can open a full receipt. No to both. Your CV content is used only to produce the analysis and outputs you ask for. It is never used to train any AI model and is never sold. A small number of trusted providers (for sign-in, storage, AI processing, payments, and email) handle data strictly to run the features you use, as listed in our Privacy Policy.

You can delete any individual analysis or generated CV from your Dashboard at any time, which removes it permanently. To request a full data export or complete account deletion, email info@cvalto.com.
